Thai Basil Chicken

Ingredients:

Chicken Thigh ............... 280g
Basil leaf ....................... 1 Cup
Red Chili ........................ 5 Pcs
Garlic ............................. 5 Cloves

Sauce Ingredients:

Oyster Sauce ................ 1 Tbsp
Palm Sugar ................... 1 Tbsp
Soy Sauce ..................... 1/2 Tbsp
Fish Sauce .................... 1/2 Tbsp
Water ............................. 1/2 Tbsp

Preparation:

1. Mix the sauce ingredients all together.

2. Blend The garlic and red chili.

3. Heat up a frying pan. Add oil, stir fry the garlic and chili to enhance flavor.

4. Stir fry with chicken thighs.

5. Add sauce and stir fry until it thickens.

6. Turn off the heat and add basil leaf. Mix well.

「泰式金不換炒雞」

材料:-
雞腿肉.................280g
金不換葉.............1杯
紅辣椒.................5隻
蒜瓣.....................5瓣

醬汁:-
蠔油.....................1湯匙
椰糖/棕櫚糖.........1湯匙
生抽.....................1/2湯匙
魚露.....................1/2湯匙
水.........................1/2湯匙


做法:-
1. 醬汁材料混合備用。
2. 將蒜瓣、紅辣椒放在石礳內樁爛,然後下熱油鍋炒香,加入雞腿肉炒香。
3. 把醬汁加入鍋內,煮至收汁關火,最後加入金不換葉拌勻便可。
